Gym @ Cois Abhann now open

The Gym at the Cois Abhann centre is now open.  There is a range of equipment at the moment including treadmills, rowers, leg extension, stepper and cross-trainer.  We will be adding to equipment in the coming months until we have a full range.  All membership fees will be used for this purpose.

Membership is €4 per session or €25 per calendar month.  To become a member everyone has to attend an induction session where they will be instructed in the corrent use of the different equipment.

Call or text your name to Brian on 087 795 3558 and he will let you know when the next induction session is. 

Opening Times - over 30 hours per week as follows

Days - Monday and Wednesday - 9am to 3pm.  Friday - 9am to 1pm.

Evenings - Monday to Friday 7-10pm

And remember, once you are a member there is no booking required.  Come when you like!
