TG4 show - The G-Team
06/05/2011
Wanna be on the telly!!?? Inistioge has been entered into a reality TV show which will appear on TG4. The aim of the show is for towns and villages to compete with one another based on their willingness to try out a bit of the Irish language. So we are looking for families, businesses and individuals to get in touch with us if they would like to take part in the show. Remember the important thing is not how much you know but how much you are prepared to try out your bit of Irish and to learn a bit more.
There are four rounds to the show and the prize for the winner is €40,000. It will be an excellent promotion for the village. The first show will be filmed in June and we will have five weeks to prepare. However, I need to get a team of people who are interested in taking part before making a commitment. Please call me and I will fill you in on the details. John on 086 384 0062 or info@inistioge.ie
