Inistioge Vintage Rally 2010

Inistioge Vintage Rally will take place again in 2010.  It is a great day out for all the family.  The weekend line up is as follows: 

Saturday 31st July

Slievenamon Vintage Club Road Run from Mullinahone to Inistioge. Arrival in Inistioge at 6.00pm.  John Madden President of the Irish Vintage Society, will escort with his bagpipes through the village and into the field around 6.30pm

Sunday 1st August

- Gates open at 10.00

- Official Opening at 2.30 by John Bryan - IFA President

- Over 300 Vintage Displays expected (Cars, Tractors, Oil Engines, Mills, etc)

- Presentation of the Leslie Rothwell Trophy for the Best Vintage Exhibit

- Live Music and dancing - The Model T's Ukulele Band from Carlow

- Massive selection of stalls, including the Rally Market including Pig on a Spit, Savory Crepes, Muffins and cakes, Popcorn and Candy Floss

- Children’s entertainment - biggest selection of children’s activities ever in Inistioge including the return of the Duck Derby on the canal

- Dog Show, Baby Show

Proceeds to local charities and organisations.
